ALESSANDRO ROSSETTO was born in Padua, Italy.
Cinematographic author, screenwriter, producer, and director of photography-cinematographer. Rossetto is considered one of the major Italian and European documentary filmmakers. They have written, "his cinematographic look is precise, made with curiosity and sensitivity. In his films he shows us riveting situations and characters: he highlights the imaginary vividness in them, their vision of the world, like their daily life, put into place with rigor and poetry". Broadcasted throughout Europe and in Italy, his films have had international circuit and have been presented and awarded at various film festivals. Among his works, Il fuoco di Napoli (1997), Bibione - Bye Bye One (1999), Chiusura (2001) and Feltrinelli (2006).
