Alberto Fasulo



ALBERTO FASULO was born in San Vito al Tagliamento.
His first approach to documentary cinema came about in 1998 as character-actor in Bibione Bye Bye One by Alessandro Rossetto. In 2000 he was assistant director for various films, among which Chiusura by Alessandro Rossetto, and sound recordist for Feltrinelli by A. Rossetto, for Pietre Miracoli e Petrolio by Gianfranco Pannone and Bianciardi by Massimo Coppola, among the others. He has also collaborated with other directors such as Francesca Comencini, with whom he worked as operator assistant for the film Mobbing, produced by BiancaFilm/RaiCinema/BIM, and as operator (at the side of Luca Bigazzi, the most important Italian director of photography) for the short film Anna vive a Marghera, (Anna Lives In Marghera), produced by the Danish Zentropa. He also worked as cinematographer in L’Orchestra di Piazza Vittorio by Agostino Ferrente. In 2004, he was producer and director of Cos’È che cambia (An Obscure Mechanism), profound documentary film on San Vito al Tagliamento, his native town. In 2005 he coproduced A filo d’acqua with Gian Enrico Bianchi (2005).
